I am a creative professional who specializes in designing retail environments, interactive exhibits, and graphics that engage people from various viewpoints and on multiple levels. I enjoy solving diverse design challenges, can see the big picture while holding focus for the fine details, and strive to find balance of client needs, function, and aesthetics.

I lead creative teams with a balance of big vision and detail oriented thinking to generate original ideas that authentically connect people with their world. I do so with a commitment to the development of environments that are accessible, educational, engaging, and fun.

Prior to devoting my creative career to environments and exhibits, I worked for several agencies in Washington, DC and San Diego designing print materials for clients including World Wildlife Fund, Nature Conservancy, KTM motorcycles, Moose Racing, and NASCAR. I also served for three years as Creative Director and principal designer for the Washington Freedom women’s soccer team.

When not following my passion for design, I can be found making sawdust in my woodshop, fishing (more than catching), cooking, and exploring the world with my wife and daughter.
