I am an independent creative professional specializing in designing interactive exhibits and immersive environments that engage people from various viewpoints, on multiple levels, and through a variety of modalities. I lead creative teams with a balance of big vision and detail oriented thinking to generate original ideas that authentically connect people with their world. I do so with a commitment to the development of environments that are accessible, educational, engaging, and fun.
Prior to devoting my creative career to environments and exhibits, I worked for several agencies in Washington, DC and San Diego designing print materials for clients including World Wildlife Fund, Nature Conservancy, KTM motorcycles, Moose Racing, and NASCAR. I also served for three years as Creative Director and principal designer for the Washington Freedom women’s soccer team.
When not following my passion for design, I can be found making sawdust in my woodshop, fishing (more than catching), cooking, and exploring the world with my wife and daughter.
